If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

Candycanes - adorable but order a year ahead.
"These seem to be cute. Each of the candycanes needed to be taken out and reshaped to be recognizable as a candy cane. I don't know that it is worth the pricepoint since I was able to find an online tutorial to make them myself before they got here. They took over a month to arrive. If they appeal to you, order now for next years holidays because the sak really struggles with fulfillment."
