Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"Oh my goodness! This purse is gorgeous!! …& it is the perfect size!! I love this style, The Junior Small Hobo. It comes with a shorter strap & a crossbody strap. The hardware is so pretty… gold in color. The leather is soft & feels so good! The inside pockets are fantastic!! Everyone must buy yourself one…choose your color! "I have purchased many Sak handbags and mules over the years. I love their stuff. This bag is great. the two-tone brown basket weave is a standout . Chose this one over a medium tote that I’ve been eyeing because of the versatility with the two straps. I know I’ll be using the crossbody strap for daily use. Hardware on end of straps that connects to bag is great quality and goes on and off with ease. Zipper also is smooth and glides with ease. My only criticism is that I wish they had made this bag slightly taller. Just one more inch in height would allow me to use the side slip pockets for my iPhone. Using it as is, I can’t slide the zipper closed with one hand while I’m carrying other things. I have to push down on my phone and carefully slide the zipper over that area to close. If you keep what you carry simplified, you’ll appreciate this bag. It comfortably holds the basics (key fob, chap stick and a lip stick, compact powder, readers, small wallet, tissue packet), and it’s gorgeous in the leather weave."

The Sak began in 1989 when two friends left their corporate jobs to travel the world. Inspired by the craftsmanship they discovered in Bali, they returned home with a vision and a handwoven bag that started it all.
