Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.

If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.

One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"I've worn crossbody bags for many years, but wanted to switch it up and find a shoulder bag. The Los Feliz bucket hobo in the color Whiskey caught my eye and I'm so glad I ordered it! This bag fits so much, but it keeps the casual slouchy look. I've carried heavy items(full 30oz water bottle, lunch box) and the bottom doesnt sag. I like the single strap, has that grab and go feel, and it feels so comfortable on my shoulder with no slipping and no fatigue. "Last Spring I purchased the same style but it was the natural hand crochet. I loved it. The only drawback to it is it was a snap closure. So when I saw this version in not only the beautiful gray suede, but with a zipper, I knew I had to have it! It is everything I wanted. The suede is a gorgeous color and has such a wonderful feel.
