For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I just got my bag in the dark silver. It is exactly as pictured but the leather feels hard and not the same quality as my last Sak bag. It almost comes off as fake and I know it’s not. I do like the contrast of the gun metal leather with the brown handle but the handle is kind of short. I ordered a black leather strap to switch out occasionally and a fun charm. The bag fits all my necessities nicely while not being too big."

"My favorite everyday bag is the hobo style bag. It has the right amount of room for what I carry in it. This bag, though, doesn't have as much slouch as I would like. The strap seems shorter to me than in the photos, and the silver hardware on the tassel is missing. I rechecked the photos to make sure and confirmed that mine is different and missing the silver circle. I got the color meadow, and I love it! Other than those issues, the pros are that the leather is just dreamy. I love the color I picked for spring and summer. Just wish the strap was as long as it shows online in the photos!"

My only problem with the pockets is that they seem a bit tight for the things I want to put in them -- phone, sunglass case, etc. This is particularly true of the outside zipper pocket, which could be very handy, but is a struggle for easily getting things in and out."
