For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I bought these for the wide box toe. I have had many foot surgeries on both feet with pins and plates to both feet. I love the navy color and flower child vibes. I read the reviews and bought a size which is my regular size, but I would of preferred an 8. 5 as for me my toes hit the inside front of the shoe."
"I love them! They’re my second pair. I got the strawberry ones to try and make myself wear shoes around the house, because I have plantar fasciitis pretty badly. I liked them so much, I ordered a second pair so I could wear one out and about for errands, and one pair just for inside at home! I will say that I wear a size 10, but I’d gotten a size 10 (in the strawberry) and it felt wayyy too tight for me, so I sized up to an 11. Half size would have been enough probably, they jsut don’t make 10-1/2."
