For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I love that this bag isn't too big, but can fit my phone, wallet, and cosmetics bag in it. There are two outside compartments, one with a zipper. Inside there are two open pockets and another one with a zipper. The different compartments make it easy to find everything. The neutral color goes with everything. Just what I was looking for."

It’s a bit too small for all my allergy meds, wallet and girly things. No makeup included. I was expecting the front pocket to open the length of the bag so it would fit my appointment book. It did not so I’m looking for another bag again. This one will be great for going on a cruise where I won’t need a huge amount of keys or other items from home. I have shoulder injuries so was trying to lighten my load but I may have to go back to a bigger bag to be able to fit my appt book in an outside pocket."
