Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I recently bought the moss suede bolinas clogs and loved them so much that I had to get the matching tote! I got it to use as a purse and also a smaller diaper bag for shorter trips because my leather diaper bag is to big and heavy just to go to the store. "I bought this tote to replace the one I’ve been using for the past 3 years. I love the look of this bag. It’s the same exact size as my other Sak. The problem? My previous bag was made of fabric with leather handles. This one is made of vinyl which is quite a bit heavier. This disappointed me a great deal but I decided to keep the bag and use it. This is the reason why I only gave this Sakroot bag 3 stars."

"This bag is beautiful. I was looking for an olive green suede bag, and this one has more character than a lot of the others I’d seen. The only thing I don’t love is that there aren’t hooks for a crossbody strap, and the bag doesn’t stand up on its own. Otherwise, it has plenty of pockets and the straps seem relatively sturdy. Time will tell."
